1. The service
Perkora provides tools for participating businesses to operate digital loyalty programs and for customers to view eligible cards and vouchers. The business offering a card sets its program rules, reward, participating branches, qualification requirements and terms. The business, not Perkora, supplies the goods or services described by its reward.
2. Accounts and access
Provide accurate account information and keep your sign-in credentials and authenticator private. You are responsible for activity performed through your account and must promptly report suspected unauthorized access using the operator’s published support contact. Business owners are responsible for inviting only authorized staff and assigning appropriate permissions. Platform access may be limited or suspended where necessary to protect people, investigate suspected fraud or comply with law.
3. Loyalty cards, stamps and vouchers
A stamp is recorded only after the server validates the business’s QR session and eligibility rules. Scanning does not guarantee a stamp: program dates, qualifying visits, branch eligibility, purchase requirements, daily limits, cooldowns and fraud checks apply. Stamps and rewards are not cash, are tied to the issuing business, and cannot be transferred unless that business expressly allows it.
A voucher is valid only for the reward, business, dates and terms shown on the voucher. The issuing business validates and redeems it. A voucher may be declined if it is expired, cancelled, already redeemed, forged or presented outside its terms. A completed redemption cannot be reversed in the customer app. Contact the issuing business about the goods, services, availability or a dispute over its reward.
Reviews are optional. No customer must leave a review, give a particular rating or share a positive opinion to earn or redeem a loyalty reward.
4. Business responsibilities
A business must publish clear and lawful program and reward terms, honor valid rewards, obtain any required notices or permissions before adding customer information, and use customer data only for permitted purposes. Businesses must not use Perkora to manipulate reviews, discriminate unlawfully, mislead customers, send unwanted communications or upload information they have no right to use. A business is responsible for its staff and for complying with consumer, privacy, tax and advertising laws that apply to its operations.
5. Plans and payments
Plan limits and prices are shown on the pricing page and in the merchant workspace. Paid access is sold as a prepaid one-year term (365 days) and does not renew automatically. A new purchase is required to extend access. Payment is handled by a configured third-party provider. A plan becomes active only after the server receives and verifies a valid payment confirmation; opening a checkout or seeing a provider success page alone does not activate it.
Current payment availability depends on the operator configuring and enabling a payment provider. Taxes, invoices, refund handling, applicable consumer cancellation rights and payment disputes must follow applicable law and the provider’s terms. Nothing here limits rights that cannot legally be waived.
6. Acceptable use
Do not copy, replay, forge or attempt to exploit QR codes, stamps, vouchers, payment events or another user’s account. Do not probe or disrupt the service, bypass access controls, upload malicious code, or use the service unlawfully. We may investigate suspicious activity, preserve relevant audit evidence and restrict access while a security concern is addressed.
7. Availability, changes and liability
We work to keep Perkora available, but maintenance, connectivity, device compatibility, provider outages or events outside our control may interrupt it. We may change or discontinue a feature with reasonable notice where practicable. To the extent permitted by law, the platform is provided as available and we are not responsible for a participating business’s products, services, reward inventory or independent actions. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
8. Ending access
You may stop using Perkora at any time. A business may ask the operator to close its workspace using the published support channel. We may suspend or terminate access for material breach, abuse, security risk or legal requirement. Ending access does not erase completed transaction or audit records that must be retained.
9. Governing law and updates
The operator must complete the governing jurisdiction, dispute venue and legal notices here before commercial launch. We may update these terms as the service changes and will revise the date above. Applicable mandatory consumer rights continue to apply.
10. Contact
For a loyalty program or voucher, contact the business that issued it. For platform or merchant-account questions, use the current contact details published by the operator of abhisekenterprises.com. The operator should verify and publish its legal name and working support contact before accepting commercial users.
